Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Important: An unboxing video is mandatory to process any damaged, defective, or wrong item claims. Without this, we may not be able to approve your request.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Products that are damaged, used, or altered by the customer
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase

Exchanges
We offer exchanges only in case of size issues (too big or too small).
- Exchange requests must be made within 4 days of delivery
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags
- A valid unboxing video is required
- A fixed return shipping fee of ₹99 will be charged
Once your return is received and approved, we will process your exchange.
Returns

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved or not.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account
- Refunds are processed within 8–15 business days after approval
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount.
